I created Pathways with you in mind.
Life can be challenging - full of twists, turns, and moments that leave us feeling uncertain. But I believe there is always a path forward - a path to peace, strength, and hope.
Each pathway I offer is designed to walk alongside you, to encourage you, and to inspire you. We all need support at times, and often, it’s in walking our path with someone else that we begin to see new possibilities - new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Whether you're drawn to Spiritual Direction, which is rooted in sacred reflection and connection, or to Coaching and Speaking, which offer practical wisdom and guidance, every path is centered on your growth.
Because in the end, all paths can lead to the summit - it's simply about finding the one that empowers you to move toward your dreams and goals.
I am deeply passionate about cultivating a life filled with peace, joy, love, and hope. For me, this life is found through my relationship with the Divine. I am always seeking to grow and develop deeper connections - both with myself and others - because I believe we are meant to live as our true, authentic selves, continually evolving and transforming.
Transformation is possible in every area of our lives - personally and professionally. We have not yet “arrived” and will always be on a journey to become better versions of ourselves: better leaders, better friends, better partners, and more.
All of my work is driven by the desire to guide you into becoming the person - or leader - you are meant to be. Whether you are clarifying your personal goals, discovering your passions, or envisioning how you want to show up in the world, I’m here to walk alongside you as you step into your authentic self.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work, as well as certificates in both Spiritual Direction and Spiritual Formation. Additionally, I am a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach.
Over the years, I’ve held high-level leadership positions and have coached individuals to develop stronger skills, gain promotions, and grow into more confident, effective leaders.
Nature is where I feel most connected to myself, the Divine, and experience the deepest sense of love, peace, hope, and joy.
